Here you will find information on our beginning, Maui Open Water Diver
Referral training programs. You can begin at home, then complete the training while on vacation on the beautiful island
of Maui. Don't waste your valuable vacation time sitting in a classroom. Begin your training with us, and be ready

Learning to dive consists of two phases.
Phase One: Knowledge Development & Pool Training.
Here
you gain the Knowledge and skills necessary for safe diving. This is often referred to as the "Referral
Program"
Phase Two: Open Water,
Ocean Training Dives.
In the ocean training dives you will participate in four dives. Under the guidance of
a professional diving instructor, you will practice the skills learned in Phase One.
Through our Bay Area/Maui Program, you can complete the Phase
One Knowledge Development and Pool training at home. You then complete the Phase Two Open Water Ocean Training dives,
while on vacation on Maui.
When joining San Francisco Scuba Schools pool or ocean training sessions, use of all diving
gear, including mask, snorkel and fins, is included in the cost of the program.
You will not be required to purchase equipment. You will not be required to rent any
additional gear and there are no additional rental charges for the use of the equipment. All PADI registration fees are included
in the cost of our programs.

Bay Area / Maui Beginning Open Water Diver Course Complete Phase One, DVD ROM Home Study program and pool
training, in the Bay Area, then complete Phase Two, ocean training, on Maui.
Upon completion of the home studies and prior to your vacation, you will participate in the swimming pool practice
where you will learn about the skills and equipment necessary for safe, enjoyable diving. You will practice with the dive
equipment under the safety and guidance of our professional PADI Instructors. The pool training will take one evening.

Once the pool training is completed you will be ready to join
our instructors on Maui for two enjoyable days of boat diving. Not only will you get the chance
to do some of the best diving in the Hawaiian Islands, you will become certified as a a PADI Open Water Diver during
your vacation on Maui. |

Total $534 Please note: Seattle/SF Scuba and our Maui partner facility are
separate businesses, a portion of the above fees are due to each facility. Pool/Academic Training:
$189 per diver + Study Kit: $70 = $259 due to the SF/Seattle Facility Open Water Dives: $275
per diver due to the Maui facility.
